{"id":23365,"date":"2025-10-22T12:32:21","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T12:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/?post_type=fundos_financiamento&#038;p=23365"},"modified":"2025-11-03T12:36:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T12:36:42","slug":"2025-call-of-the-european-partnership-sbep","status":"publish","type":"fundos_financiamento","link":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/fundo-financiamento\/2025-call-of-the-european-partnership-sbep\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 Call of the European Partnership SBEP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>SBEP \u2013 Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership<\/strong> is launching its <strong>3rd Joint Transnational Call<\/strong> for the funding of transnational research and innovation projects.<br \/>\nThe call aims to support the transition towards a <strong>regenerative, resilient, and sustainable blue economy<\/strong>, with impact on at least two EU sea basins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The general theme of the 2025 JTC is <em>\u201cDigitalisation and Innovation for Resilient Marine Ecosystems, Businesses, and Communities to Strengthen the EU Blue Economy\u2019s Competitiveness\u201d<\/em>.<br \/>\nResearch and innovation proposals submitted under this call must address <strong>at least one<\/strong> of the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital Twins of the Ocean (DTOs) at sub-basin scale<\/li>\n<li>Transitioning the blue economy sectors and developing coexistence and marine multi-use infrastructures<\/li>\n<li>Climate-smart planning and management of sea uses at regional level<\/li>\n<li>Blue bioresources: sustainable fisheries and aquaculture, and new bio-based products<\/li>\n<li>Resilient coastal communities and businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projects must contribute to <strong>the transformation of the blue economy towards carbon neutrality<\/strong>, promoting a more resilient and sustainable future.<br \/>\nProposals should consider <strong>a minimum of two EU sea basins<\/strong> (Atlantic Ocean, Baltic Sea, Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, and North Sea) and assess their impact and potential for replication or scalability across various basins.<br \/>\nProjects may also target <strong>regional European seas<\/strong> (e.g. Adriatic, Aegean, Arctic, Barents, Celtic), provided that at least two different EU sea basins are covered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FCT financial commitment: <strong>\u20ac1,000,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maximum funding for a consortium with Portuguese participation: <strong>\u20ac150,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maximum funding for a consortium with Portuguese coordination: <strong>\u20ac250,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beneficiary entities:<\/strong><br \/>\na) Non-business entities within the R&amp;I system, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education institutions, their institutes, and R&amp;D units;<\/li>\n<li>State laboratories, associated or international laboratories based in Portugal;<\/li>\n<li>Private non-profit institutions primarily dedicated to R&amp;D activities, including Collaborative Laboratories (CoLab) and Technology and Innovation Centres (CTI);<\/li>\n<li>Other public and private non-profit institutions engaged in or participating in scientific research activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>b) Companies of any type and legal form, provided they are part of R&amp;I projects led by non-business entities within the R&amp;I system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Important links:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Competition page:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/bluepartnership.eu\/funding-opportunity\/sustainable-blue-economy-partnerships-third-joint-transnational-call\">https:\/\/bluepartnership.eu\/funding-opportunity\/sustainable-blue-economy-partnerships-third-joint-transnational-call<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application submission platform:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/proposals.etag.ee\/sustainable-blue\/2025\">https:\/\/proposals.etag.ee\/sustainable-blue\/2025<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/fundos_financiamento\/23365","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/fundos_financiamento"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/fundos_financiamento"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/fundos_financiamento\/23365\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":23376,"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/fundos_financiamento\/23365\/revisions\/23376"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.lifeazoresnatura.eu\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=23365"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
