On April 13<sup>th<\/sup>, we went looking for the aquatic fern species <em>Iso\u00ebtes azorica<\/em> in the lagoons of the central plateau. Unfortunately, we were not able to confirm the presence of this species in the lagoons in which it had previously been registered. However, not everything is lost, given that there still are a further 32 lagoons to be prospected during this coming summer, which might reveal the presence of this rare species!<\/p>\n<p>On the 14<sup>th<\/sup> of April, we began the survey of the remaining target species on the trail PR01SJO between Serra do Topo and Faj\u00e3 dos Cubres. We recorded populations of <em>Ammi trifoliatum<\/em>, <em>Rumex azoricus<\/em> and <em>Scabiosa nitens<\/em>. Furthermore, we also registered populations of <em>Sanicula azorica<\/em> and <em>Platanthera<\/em> sp. in the higher parts of the trail, and of <em>Pericallis malvifolia<\/em>, <em>Azorina vidalii<\/em>, <em>Spergularia azorica<\/em>, <em>Tolpis succulenta<\/em>, and <em>Asplenium marinum<\/em> in the Faj\u00e3 da Caldeira de Santo Cristo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":4859,"template":"","class_list":["post-4862","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
