C4T GROUNDWORK – Call for Applications for Technical Assistance

C4T GROUNDWORK provides technical assistance and support to EU Member States, regions, and local authorities to make the most of resources under Political Objective 2 (PO2) “A greener, low-carbon transition towards a net zero carbon economy and a resilient Europe” of the Cohesion Policy for the 2021–2027 period.

Specialized support is offered to stakeholders directly involved in investments planned under PO2 through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and/or the Cohesion Fund (CF).

On Monday, 27 October 2025, from 15:00 to 16:00 (CET), an online information session will take place. During the session, representatives from the European Commission and the C4T Secretariat will answer questions and provide guidance on C4T GROUNDWORK.
