The 2 em 1 restaurant, on the island of Faial, has joined the LIFE IP AZORES NATURA placemat distribution initiative. These placemats feature quizzes that highlight the Azores’ endemic and native flora and fauna, as well as warnings about invasive species, promoting environmental awareness whilst providing a more interactive experience for customers.

By incorporating these materials, the restaurant helps raise awareness of the Azores’ unique biodiversity. With this partnership, the project continues to expand its network of partners in the catering sector, involving a growing number of establishments in promoting the conservation and enhancement of the Azores’ natural heritage.
