Are you interested in managing, conserving, and restoring biodiversity in Europe? The University of Tuscia (Italy) has opened applications for the international Second-Level Master’s programme “Biodiversity Governance: Natura 2000 Expert” (BIOGOV).

Programme Highlights:

  • 100% Free of Charge: Fully funded by the EU LIFE project “TraiN2K”.
  • Certification: Equivalent to Level 8 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), awarding 60 ECTS credits.
  • Places Available: Only 20 participants will be selected.
  • Duration: 12 months (starting in November 2026).
  • Blended Learning Format: 6 online modules (both synchronous and asynchronous) plus 2 months of field-based practical activities (September to October 2027) in Italian State Nature Reserves.

Who Can Apply?

Citizens of the European Union holding a Master’s degree (Second Cycle of Higher Education) or an equivalent qualification. Selection will be based on the applicant’s CV and motivation letter.
